Our story
C.W. Chai & Partners (Firm No. AF 001844) is a licensed Malaysian audit and tax practice, operating since 2006 and serving businesses across manufacturing, IT, trading and e-commerce, restaurants, construction, hotels, professional services, pawnshops and more.
CWC Consulting Group is the business brand under which our audit firm, group companies and associate work together to provide a broad range of professional services, including assurance, taxation, accounting, company secretarial, SQL software, training, business advisory and valuation services.
“CWC Consulting Group” is a business brand and is not a separate legal entity. Professional services are provided by the relevant CWC entity or associate identified on this website.
Our in-house training is delivered through CWC Corporate House Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 201401010315 (1086394-K)), an approved training provider, covering accounting standards, corporate tax, withholding tax, e-Invoicing and annual budget updates.

Patrick Chai Chuin Wei

Patrick is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants [CA (M)] and a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), with 28+ years of professional experience in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory. He has operated a licensed audit and tax firm since 2006, serving clients across manufacturing, IT, trading (including e-commerce), restaurants, construction, hotels, professional services, pawnshops and many other industries.
As a TTT-certified trainer, he has conducted numerous in-house training sessions for multinational corporations as well as public seminars and webinars covering GST, withholding tax, corporate tax, e-Invoicing, and annual budget updates. His training approach focuses on practical application, real-world case studies, and regulatory compliance.
