This website is provided by CWC Consulting Group for general information about our audit, tax, advisory and training services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated means to extract its content.

Nothing on this website, and no exchange through our enquiry form or chat window, creates a professional engagement between you and any firm within CWC Consulting Group. An engagement begins only when an engagement letter has been accepted or executed in accordance with its terms.

• Client Resource Centre access is granted to approved clients and authorised users only, and is verified before activation.
• Staff portal access is granted to current employees only, based on their role, and is withdrawn when employment ends.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Accounts are personal. You may not share, transfer or allow another person to use your credentials, and you may not create an account for someone else without our approval.
• Any material you upload or submit must be lawful, must be material you are authorised to share, and must be free from viruses, malware or other harmful code. We may remove material that breaches this and suspend the account responsible.
• We may suspend or withdraw access where an account is inactive, unverified, misused, or where the underlying relationship has ended.

Materials in the Resource Centre are provided for the internal reference of the authorised user. They summarise standards and requirements at a point in time, are not a substitute for the underlying standards or legislation, and may not be redistributed, resold or published without our written consent.

The content, layout, logos and materials on this website belong to CWC Consulting Group or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use requires our prior written permission.

This website links to third-party sites and services, including Google Forms and social media pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website, or from the unavailability of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
