Cookie Notice

This website uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to make it work. We do not run advertising or profiling cookies.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

What we use

This notice covers cookies and equivalent browser storage — local storage, session storage and authentication tokens — because our portal relies on browser storage rather than traditional cookies for sign-in.

  • Authentication tokens (local storage). When you sign in to the client Resource Centre or the staff portal, an access and refresh token is stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in as you move between pages. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Chatbot session storage. The chat window keeps your current conversation and a session identifier in browser memory or storage so the thread stays intact while you browse. Closing or clearing the browser removes it.
  • Security and load balancing. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies needed to serve pages reliably and to protect against abuse.

These are strictly necessary. Without them, sign-in and the protected pages cannot function.

What we do not use

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell or share browsing data, and we do not run third-party profiling or retargeting scripts on this website.

Third-party content and web fonts

Some pages link out to third-party services such as Google Forms, Google Maps, Waze and our social media pages. If you follow those links, the third party may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Our web fonts are hosted on our own website and served from our own domain. Loading a page therefore does not send your IP address or browser information to a third-party font service.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies described above, sign-in and the Resource Centre will not work.

If we later add analytics or other non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before it runs.
