Licensed auditor and licensed tax agent. Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Fellow member of the ACCA, with 28+ years of professional experience in auditing, taxation and financial advisory. He has led a licensed audit and tax practice since 2006, serving clients across manufacturing, IT, trading and e-commerce, F&B, construction, hotels, professional services and more. He also delivers in-house training and public seminars on e-Invoicing, withholding tax, corporate tax and annual budget updates.

Penny has been with the firm since 2010 and serves as Senior Manager of the Audit and Assurance team. With more than 15 years of experience with the firm, she has developed extensive practical experience in audit engagements, engagement planning, review and team supervision. Having progressed through the firm through continuous training, hands-on experience and increasing responsibilities, she now plays a key role in managing audit engagements and guiding team members in the delivery of quality professional services. She is also a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.

Qing Li has been with the firm since 2014 and serves as Manager of the Audit and Assurance team. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an ACCA member, with professional credentials in business valuation. She manages audit and due diligence engagements, works closely with clients and contributes to the development of the firm’s Audit and Assurance team.

Jie Qing joined the firm in 2016 and serves as Assistant Manager of the Audit and Assurance team. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an ACCA member. She supports the planning and execution of audit and due diligence engagements, coordinates engagement teams and monitors assignments through to completion.

Yi Yun has been with the firm since 2016 and serves as Head of Tax. She is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. She oversees the firm’s tax compliance and advisory work, manages the delivery of client tax engagements and guides the Tax team in handling Malaysian corporate tax matters.

Jye Sy joined the firm in 2019 and serves as a Tax Senior. As a member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, she supports corporate tax compliance engagements, assists clients in meeting their Malaysian tax obligations and contributes to the timely delivery of the firm’s tax services.
